Administrators, I have a problem. I'm trying to recover an old account, but I'm not receiving the email with the password. What could be the reason?
I recovered it and it says I sent the recovery message to the email address, but I haven't received anything. Can you help me? -
@SrJesusGW did you also check the "junk" or "trash" on the email ? or maybe the email code inside on "spam" too.
some email receive the code not in main box email, they're in spam, junk or trash. -
