But they should at least receive a jail punishment. It affects gameplay just as badly as cheating. It’s not something you can do by accident; to do it you have to press the keys in a specific order and timing. It’s extremely unlikely that innocent players would get punished by mistake. A few days of jail time would make the situation clear.
Keep in mind that you have around 20 ping while he has about 200. Your hitbox matches your visible skin, but his hitbox appears far behind his actual skin. This makes it much harder for you to hit him, while it is easier for him to hit you.
Your chance of landing a headshot is around 80 percent, or 40 percent if he has armor. His chance is also 80/40 percent as long as his ping does not go above 199. If it goes slightly higher, his chance becomes 66.7/33.35 percent. Even with ping above 300 he still would have 35/17.5 percent chance to land a headshot. Ping over 400 has 0% chance.
During these 15 years I asked asturel many times to change these chances or to modify the headshot system entirely, but he always refused. About ten years ago, when we disabled headshots for a few days, everyone came to IRC to complain. So the meta here is basically to have around 190 ping, because you still keep the 80/40 chance while your hitbox becomes completely broken.
In fact, I noticed that lag related to ping becomes a real problem around 60 ms. That is the point where, if you shoot at your opponent’s head (center) while he is running sideways, you will not hit his actual hitbox. The center of your sawed off crosshair needs to be at the back of his skull. At 100 ping, the crosshair has to be fully behind his head, and at 200 ping it needs to be around one and a half meters behind him.

Because of these lag issues, fighting high ping players is completely unfair and unbalanced. They still manage to complain that their chance drops to 66.7/33.35 above 200 ping, while they are the ones with the advantage. They even claim that low ping players have the upper hand, when the reality is the complete opposite. They only need to aim directly at the visible head of our skin, while we have to estimate a different distance for every single shot.
I would also believe this looks like aimbotting. The account was banned, but we had to unban it because asturel wants us to only ban one account. He expects us to catch cheaters on all of their accounts.
When you suspect aimbotting there is nothing you or we can really do. Videos like this do not help because we cannot see where the shots actually went, and more importantly we cannot see his perspective. Even if we spectated him he would not use the cheat because he would know he is being watched. And even if he did use it, it would not change much because in spectator mode you cannot see where he aims. The only thing you might barely notice is no recoil or no spread, and that is only visible with UZI or TEC9 either.

The best you can try is to ask Dutchman101 for a new serial, altough I think you have only 1% chance to even get in contact with him. And even if you manage somehow, he would probably blame you for sharing your accounts on gto with others & getting yourself banned to get your serial exposed. He might also say that we shouldn't show serials in public but the reason for that is answered in the link I gave
@DEAD_GHOST we can't help you if he gives back the ban. The new rule has been added to gto and shared on the forum.
You may ask help from mta ac team to maybe generate you a new serial on mta dc, but I don't think they will. If you get banned again we can not help you anymore read the new rule and understand it
How are we supposed to know who “Omer” is? It’s just a name for us with no context. Every account has over a hundred serials linked to it, and every serial has thousands of accounts tied to it. Emails are often different, IPs are dynamic, so there’s no reliable way to identify anyone. I never understood why real names started being used here, because there’s no way for us to know which real name belongs to which player. For e.g. you can say your real name here now, but on the other day someone else will use this account.
With all this in mind, it’s unrealistic to expect us to ban someone just for connecting when we have no way to know who is who. That's why country ban was given.
This is why we only ban the serial that was used for hacking, and sometimes the account as well. And this is also why, if someone’s serial gets banned because it was exposed through account sharing, we can’t help. We have no way to know whether someone is lying or telling the truth. We don’t know whether they cheated and got caught, or someone spoofed their serial and caused the ban. We have zero control over this.
That’s why Asturel introduced a new rule: if your serial gets banned, it means you did something bad in the past to begin with. Never share your accounts, and never play on someone else’s account, because that’s how your serial gets exposed.
If you want to blame someone, blame the MTA developers for creating a serial system that is basically useless.
Let’s imagine a very simple scenario. Since many of you share accounts, you all see what email address is linked to an account. You wait until the real owner (the person who actually owns that email) becomes inactive for a few weeks or months. Then you come to us, tell us the story that the account is yours, you even know the email address, but you “just can’t log in anymore”.
We help you, change the email for you… and then a few weeks later the real owner shows up asking why his email got changed and why he suddenly lost access to his own account.
Sure, it’s partly his fault too for sharing his account in the first place. But we’re not going to help anyone scam or steal accounts. That’s exactly why we do not change emails under any circumstances.
Either you can log into the email linked to the account and change it yourself, or that account is simply gone. If you created a separate email just for the account, it’s still your responsibility to log into it regularly. If you let it go inactive for years and it gets deactivated, that’s not something we can fix.
If you didn’t log into your email for years and Microsoft deactivated it, that’s not on us. I really don’t get why this is being mixed together with the fact that you were banned.
Being banned from the server doesn’t mean you stop checking your emails. People use their email for tons of things, so it’s normal to check it regularly. If you didn’t, and the email got shut down, that’s unfortunately your issue, not something we can fix.
We’re not your email provider, we have zero control over what happens to your personal email accounts.

@NeoNRiptiDe the actual latest version (23951) could have problems in it, that's why the maximum recommended (23881) is set on gto. You can download that version only from the link I gave, the main page, the multitheftauto.com's download button is also using the very latest version (23951) which could be unstable. I don't even know why don't they automatically set the maximum recommended version there.
