Dear Players!
I come to tell you that from today I'm no longer an admin. This also means that I'm leaving the server since this was the only thing what kept me here for this long. I also had some good memories with GTO like everyone of you, but these good memories for me comes only from SA-MP. I stayed here because of these past experience with the wonderful SA-MP GTO.
My reason to leave is not really simple. We had so much beef in the last 15 years with asturel, we have very different opinions on how some things should be, we also talk about these very often.
Earlier this day asturel made a decision with I strongly disagree. I don't want to say anything bad about the server or asturel, I can understand why he made this decision. I want to leave in peace without causing any conflict
I wish him a successfull recovery & less bad people here
During all these years we also had a lot of common in opinion. I still agree with him about the player's behaviour, and we did nothing wrong when we started banning people for that. It didn't matter if we gave jail or ban, permanent or period of time punishments, the players never changed their habits.
The server is in this state mostly because of insulters, bugabusers, (now cheaters as well), and chargebackers.
I completely understand asturel how he felt when the only thing came from players was insults & chargebacks. Of course there will be no updates then.
Before I leave:
I want to give some future advise about the cheaters.
You should create topics about every suspicious player, and then paste 5-10 clip there before you ask asturel to ban the player.
Do discuss about everything you see in the clips:- is that kill legit, or not?
- is that hit possible or not? etc.
Be a grown man and say your true opinion about the accused player, get over of your bad feelings towards him. Also to help yourselves out, you should get OBS to record, and use game audio & mute DC and any music source.
Another thing:
I unbanned every serial / ip / account which was insulting only me. This was my last task as an admin, since I'm no longer one. This was the case with TFK as well, when he had to go, we unbanned everyone whose ban was given by him & the reason didn't include asturel.Please note, that this only applies to accounts, serials or ips where only my name was written as an insult, if asturel's name or simply admin was used, thats still banned.
Also if mine name + asturel's name is in the banreason that also stays.The last month with cheaters was also a turning point which dropped me here. I still think that there is no way for any server owner to fight against aimbot & no-recoil users as MTA doesn't really give you the functions and events for that. (not only because they don't want to make these, simply the game doesn't support these). For asturel to maintain a custom client is unimaginable. Not to mention that simply having a custom client doesn't mean anything. These kernel level cheats hide theirselves. Paying a custom anticheat service is which he could use with a custom client is too expensive.
We can make anticheat for teleports, grenade abusing, login screen cheats etc, but there is exactly nothing about aimbot & no-recoil users.Maybe we could make an efficiency+accuracy+hitbox check where if the player has 70%+ of accuracy thats a high chance of aimbot abusing. But then its not so simple to make, because you could just shoot the ground to decrease the numbers. Only calculate while spectating? Thats also not really good, since we then would need to monitor every player 0-24 not to mention that we would need to collect these calculations for hours before making a decision.
I have an experience with GTA & MTA for like 20 years now. I know what is possible & what's not. I do feel that those hits and kills I and some of you get from others nowadays are illegal. I do feel that my recent decisions of banning these players were right. However since these are not crystal clear, 100% pure evidences for cheating, the accused players and their friends came everyday to address their feels about how bad I am, how corrupt I am. I can't make good decisions because my skills are bad, etc. Skills are not relly relevant, but I accept it.
So everyone whose case was not 100% of pure evidence, was not a crystal clear evidence, they got unbanned. (how much players? Like 3-5 only)Those people whose ban evidence is crystal clear, their ban stays.
Whose using the cheat & testing it, etc. via pm/gangchat is a clear evidence.
Also a good video where someone's no-recoil usage is cleraly visible.So again, i wish the best for asturel about the server and about his injury.
I also wish less cheaters and good times to the players till you can play.

@Derex honestly man, my decision now is also crystal clear. Im quiting gto now because for sure 1-2 clips are not applicable now this means some shitty cheaters will abuse cheats now, also many players are playing from cybers that's why some em are getting abuse because they can't record on their own. Now the active admin is saying farewell I know this is the downfall of this server.

@Dusky it was literally your case which made me this decision. If someone just have the money to get unbanned thats unrespectful to my work.
I can spectate and do my job for hours for literally nothing. Don't act like we are friends. I again was a fool to believe in you. I know that you secretly use the cheat since you know you could just buy another unban. There is no admin currently who could catch you anyway. You made me think that he owns the copy server, that he helps you and the others with the spoofers & cheats.Just FYI, Dutchman only adds people who he likes, and we started to talk. I made a false accusation about him & blocked him. He did so much work to investigate on who I am and told some info about you.
He knows exactly on what servers are you playing, he knows the exact location of where you live, your real serial etc.
He already gave a warn ban for stop using the spoofer. You didn't stop it, now enjoy your permanent global ban.
Since 2023, there is exactly no way of removing a global ban.He also started the work against the cheat as well, but AC team lacks of manpower and who knows when they finish.

@Derex before doing anything, i literally asked if you would be mad, if i asked for an unban, you said yourself no, you wouldn't, oh yeah, we were definitely friends, told you we are, not because you are an admin, just because i respect you enough, and your opinions on daily life things, and the day i disagree with you once, and then ask for the unban, you just go breserk and leave gto. i still covered your back after people be insulting you for leaving. yet look at you now. i understand that you still think i might be cheating, i will say i don't but thats fine since you don't believe me anymore. i still have much respect for you. and if you do want to leave. please don't make me look bad, i'm already bad as it is. you know whats funny why is it only me, that always triggers you the most? it seems like you really do have deep hatred for me. despite all the good times we played together. "anis told me everything about you earlier" oh same people tell me things about you all the time, and i don't care about that. i still admited to what i did wrong and did not lie. it seems like this is going too personal now.

@DuskyWe truly talked about your unban (also other's) but watch out for the context. We were in a context where I said AFTER the cheat is detected, you can get unbanned, not now. I wouldn't care if the cheat was finally detected but since you just bought the unban while you know you can still use it as you wish thats unrespectable and this pushed me to make this decision. Even if you say that you won't use it, others won't believe for you as well. I know that in lot of fights you used it, even though you say no. Why would I spectate for hours, day, weeks someone (e.g. you) if they can just buy unban? That was the question I answered with this decision.
I have zero intent on blaming anything on asturel, he does these things in order to keep the server up. However I think its unfair to others that you can play, you can kill them with cheats etc, since you could just buy another unban if someone bans you.There are a bunch of people here who got reported, just check the last topics. Yet their proofs will never be 100% unassailable, whatever the case opener player thinks. We had only three people whose evidence was crystal clear, and 100% true. Yours, Nico and Mypro. Thats why only you and they are banned now, everyone else got unbanned. Now you got out of this cage.
People like sk8er and aov will never be catched the way you three got. They will also be always protected. -
@Derex so what is next step for this server ? dusky can bought unban while i can't. you have seen the player called Growbeer32 (Link : https://gtasa.eu/player/629290) killing high level just only use a colt and its not hitman at all and still not getting banned. its impossible at all that low level player hunt another player which is more high than him. me ? shall i make new account and play again in net cafe ? no ?

@Derex dutchman gave me one last chance and I haven't used any cheat programs since then. You were the reason for the bad things I did in GTO. I attacked you because of your racism towards the players, your support for your friend while he was making fun of the earthquake in Turkey, and your childish attitudes. Even though I didn't have any problems with Asturel, I had to do bad things on its server. I showed Asturel how to block the cheat program I am currently spreading and no one will be able to use cheats in GTO again. I also don't care if I get global banned from MTA. The only reason I played MTA was to piss you off, and I succeeded. All the players hate you because you act dictatorially towards the players. For example, when someone kills you, you ban him or give a prison sentence to someone else. Over the years these players have moved away from gto because of you and I have done bad things in gto because of your stupidity. Besides, I don't care if anyone knows where I live. From the IP address he can only see my city and that's nothing. If he wants, he can find my house and come. I can have a coffee with him if he wants to come my house XD

It is also possible to lift the global ban. You can easily unban even games like Valorant or CS2. I can lift the ban if I want. It is very easy to get unbanned in a game like MTA. If you type mta spoofer on Youtube, you can see that cheaters much worse than me easily remove custom bans. I even have a friend who received a total of 8 global bans from MTA and lifted all the bans. Also, you managed this process very poorly. I gave the cheat program to only one person and most players did not know this program. You made a fuss on the forum and all the players understood the cheating program and investigated it. So players in GTO started using this program. All you had to do was be mysterious. You didn't do this. Asturel manages this process very well. He's not obsessed with this game like you and I gave him a simple anticheat. In this way, Asturel's server will become better

I don't think you genuinely understand how fucking annoying turks were on GTO. Majority were scammers, majority were bug abusers and the majority were just plain toxic. You guys have no right to complain about people being toxic if you guys were the main root of the cancer.
At the end of the day mate its the fucking internet so grow a pair. If you're getting butthurt because I made fun of earthquakes in Turkey and that's why you guys starting cheating and starting spreading the cheat, you are pathetic. There is no way you guys starting crying about jokes like its the fucking internet mate don't take everything so fucking serious, it's even mad I need to say this.
Over the years players left GTO cus they got fucking banned yes, not out of luxury. People don't leave the server off of 1 person especially if its anas and especially if turks existed on the server who just made something that was supposed to be a fun past time activity into a toxic cesspool and hate and annoyance.
I've seen people leave the server because of the way turks were. A friend of mine would get on and get 5 pms from turks begging for vip or money. Once he said no these turks would go on to grab hunters and tanks and keep killing him over and over again as he was leveling, if that wasn't enough they'd keep insulting him in chat and antagonizing him to a point where he'd just leave the server.
Let's not forget the majority of the turks on the server were bug abusers who'd do everything they could just to get a kill, they were willing to get jailed or banned just because they wanted to annoy other players.
The amount of times turks have either account or vip scammed is INSANE, moneywise you'd probably look at what skopsko has right now and yes I fell victim to this myself too
All n all you guys are rightfully banned, if it wasn't for this fucking cheat GTO would be 10x better than what it was with turks on the server

You made fun of the people who died in the earthquake, and your friend Derex supported you. So you are the main reason why cheats are spreading. I was dynamite and you exploded that dynamite. Luckily I helped you and showed you how to prevent cheating program. Apart from the Turks, there are other players in GTO who cause trouble and constantly insult. The reason you only target Turks is because Turks screw you so much in GTO. I also understand why you feel hatred towards Turks. There are too many Turks in your country and you don't want them, but you can't afford it. In this game, you vent your anger by insulting the Turks. What a sad situation.
