server issues

server seems to be lagging more than it usually does. Money withdrawals/deposits is delayed by almost a full second and so is leaving a dm to name a few examples.
stats commands seem to be dead. commands like /tl or /showzone work but /stats, /level, etc don't work
global chat from website does not show in the ingame chat

EDIT: stats commands are somehow only shown from the chat on the website, not from ingame
