Dear administrators, I don't know how it happened, but I just realized my account and access to gtasa.eu have been banned. I assume you think I attacked the website, but that didn't happen. The site is always open in the background. For the last few hours, I've tried to log out of the site from my account, but it didn't work, although it logged me to different places, for example, statistics and password reset. Dear Mr. Gerson and other esteemed members of the administration, I want you to know that I am active in the game every day and I enjoy it very much. I think this is some kind of internet error. I really haven't attacked the site or the game in any way. I kindly request that you lift the ban on my account and IP address. I truly did not cheat. Thank you. Ali Şeker

I just realized all my accounts are banned. I really didn't do anything wrong. Also, I didn't join IRC with #Eaglepaw~. I don't know if it's related to an incident 6-7 years ago where someone swore at me and you forgave me, but please, esteemed administration, lift my bans. I beg you. I have never attacked the server and I never will.

@asturel Dear Asturel, I honestly don't know how this happened. I don't know anything about stealing data or cheating in games on the site. I've never done it, and I never will. I just want to say that the logout button on my ALISEKER5 account wasn't working while I was on the site. I couldn't log out for two days. I used incognito mode and accessed my other account's email from there. I think the problem was due to my inability to log out. I've never done anything to attack the game or you. I think this problem occurred because I was connecting through my phone's internet. And I truly didn't intentionally or maliciously engage in any attack. As you said, this hasn't happened in 15 years. I've been playing this game for 13 years and I have great respect for the effort you've put into this server. I really didn't attack anything. I don't know how to prove it, but you can ask everyone in the game. I never did anything bad. I don't have proof to convince you, but I've explained what happened. All I want is for the bans on my accounts, which I've put so much effort into, even changing the name yesterday and not playing for even 10 minutes, to be lifted. Thank you, with love,

I have been a player on this server for approximately 12–13 years and I have never been involved in any kind of rule violation or malicious activity.
While I was playing the game, I had the server’s website open in the background, as I usually do. Suddenly, all of my accounts were permanently banned with the reason stated as “Website Attack.” I was very surprised and confused by this.
I want to clearly state that I did not attempt to attack, spam, overload, or interfere with the website in any way. I was simply browsing it normally while playing. The only thing I can think of is that I use an ad-blocker extension in my browser, which might have interfered with some website scripts unintentionally. However, I have never used any bot, script, exploit, or automated tool.
Given my long history on this server and my clean record, I respectfully request that my case be manually reviewed. I believe this may be a false positive triggered by an automated security system.
Thank you for your time and understanding. I am willing to cooperate fully if any further information is needed(I borrowed this account from my friend because I am banned and have no way to contact you otherwise.)
