First of all, hello admin, derex, gersonPM. I am connecting to you from the Turkish server and I am waiting for support, I have 2 accounts and I cannot access the goods addresses, since the e-mail addresses have been closed for many years, 1. ACCOUNT https://gtasa.eu/player/480830 AT THE LINK. The account email address I specified is noobazra31@hotmail.com, we cannot log in in any way. You banned the game to the Turkey server, we forgot the account information from the moment and we don't have access now. What I want now is for you to help me, I want you to connect this account to a temporary e-mail address or give a temporary password, we cannot log in to our account in any way. When we met with HOTMAIL customer service, they said that we need to get help from the game, we are waiting for your help.

If you didn’t log into your email for years and Microsoft deactivated it, that’s not on us. I really don’t get why this is being mixed together with the fact that you were banned.
Being banned from the server doesn’t mean you stop checking your emails. People use their email for tons of things, so it’s normal to check it regularly. If you didn’t, and the email got shut down, that’s unfortunately your issue, not something we can fix.
We’re not your email provider, we have zero control over what happens to your personal email accounts.
You can use the official recovery link:
https://gtasa.eu/recover
That’s the only recovery option we offer because of past abuses. If you can’t access the email anymore, we can’t help on that.Like I said, your ban and your inactive email have nothing to do with each other.

Let’s imagine a very simple scenario. Since many of you share accounts, you all see what email address is linked to an account. You wait until the real owner (the person who actually owns that email) becomes inactive for a few weeks or months. Then you come to us, tell us the story that the account is yours, you even know the email address, but you “just can’t log in anymore”.
We help you, change the email for you… and then a few weeks later the real owner shows up asking why his email got changed and why he suddenly lost access to his own account.
Sure, it’s partly his fault too for sharing his account in the first place. But we’re not going to help anyone scam or steal accounts. That’s exactly why we do not change emails under any circumstances.
Either you can log into the email linked to the account and change it yourself, or that account is simply gone. If you created a separate email just for the account, it’s still your responsibility to log into it regularly. If you let it go inactive for years and it gets deactivated, that’s not something we can fix.
