If you look at his account it says he last connected a year ago. It also seems like he is on the password menu given his ping and fps wasn't showing (i don't know why this happens but it does)

You do play on a VPN though (genuinely wonder why) which doesn't help your ping at all, everything seems to be delayed for you which results in what you witnessed
