Whole gang stating

So this whole gang keep stating day and night, they bought two houses close to each others which allows them to get kills without getting stars, and they assume that they are having a war.
I don't think a level 8 who just move to remove protection to get killed by 5 people is a war!
I can give you all the players that keeps stating and the date and proof, I got everything!
And in case you can't do anything just lock the topic so I won't post again!
