I was talking with the owner of Claw today and he told me that apparently ~Smoking. (Alvin Azvedo) has been blackmailing him.
Claw had to send him a google play store card of 20 bucks in order for ~Smoking. not to report his stating. Claw did not send him the 20 dollar google play store card and he reported it his account.

He said he was in a meeting and was never going to pay you anyway
by you saying 'Lets do it now babe' you implied you were going to report him if he did not pay you hence his reaction 'Do what u want then'
You replied to this with 'okay i will' and 'goodluck' implying you were going to report him
Messages were sent on April 1st
You reported him 24 days ago which happens to be on April 1st
Where you said 'okay i will' you actually did report him
