Country missmatch while openning Ingame chat!

I keep getting the same error when I try to log in to Ingame chat from the website, any solution? I live in France.

@Idir Basically what he's saying if the account that you are connected with in Webchat, "latest location" was different from the one you have currently, it will show you that Message "country mismatch"

Im actually not using vpn lol, I live in france.
even tryed to connecte using shared data from my phone same issues. and talking about VPN I tried to connect using US IP and it worked. -
