(Im sorry for quality.Normally the quality of the video is good and has a bitrate of 50,000, but when I upload the video to youtube, the quality drops. I don't know why) -
@kUMPEL 50000 bitrate?
for what? You don't record ultra hd movies i guess.
Encoder, keyframes, preset, profile, rate control are also crucial parts.

@Derex I record the videos with nvdia shadowplay. The video settings are at the highest. The video editing program had 60 fps, h264 encoding. I fixed the video according to the highest bitrate value because although the quality of the video on the computer was good, when I uploaded it to youtube, the quality decreased. I uploaded the video to youtube, but the result did not change.

@Derex I will download the obs program. I hope I don't have the same problem. Thank you

@kUMPEL i never used shadowplay but i only heard bad things about it.
In OBS you can still use NVENC (so the videocard will do the processing)settings with like 16-18k bitrate, 2s keyframe, high profile, and medium or slower profile. Also set the rate control to cbr.Also something to consider: if your videocard is a pretty old, then don't use nvenc. Use your cpu's x264 encoder because the nvenc worked badly in older cards like gtx 1000 series. Idk about 2000 series but 3000 series card have good encoder.

@Derex My video card is rtx 3000 series and my processor is i5 13th generation processor. I can use nvenc encoding and I will give it a try.

@kUMPEL yes then it should work. You can also use quicksync (intel cpu-s integrated vga's encoder)
