skopsko hp and respawn cheat

I am confuse of what I've encounter this afternoon, I hunt skopsko using my low level and high level account and his hp is regaining and once u kill him he just spawn right where he died without protection.
I think he is afk and forgot to turnoff his cheat

@skopsko even if its low fps u can see what I meant on this video, and u provided ur death time logs? that's isnt the same time that I hunt u and why it doesnt show in the kill announcement that ive killed u?

I remember skopsko have "auto timeout" xD，when player near and he got timeout， but it's a few years ago xD
