Why was the server down for months

So if you haven't told by someone(some people asked the situation on facebook), the server was down from april to late july because asturel was in a serious life threatening situation.
He underwent a dental surgery (wisdom tooth removal) and a flesh eating bacteria entered his body and soon his organs stopped working, he was in great pain and his left arm's skin and muscles started to rot.

He was kept in coma for 3 weeks, they did several surgeries to stop the bacteria, he almost lost his arm due to this.

Today, he is fine, recovering at home and receiving treatments. His left arm lost its skin & muscles(from shoulder to wrist), but they managed to save it by skin transplant from his back.

Since only he has the permissions to fix server problems, we had to wait till he gets home.
