Darkmode experimental

I have implemented a very basic darkmode but use it carefully. Newly appearing elements of the site won't get the darkmode effect unless page refresh. I will search for solution to attach settings to newly appeared elements as well.

darkmode is now fully working but i let this topic open. If you encounter a bug, or you see something shouldn't be dark, something not visible, take a pic of the page and upload it to this topic, so i can fix it.
You can enable it on the menubar (moon icon)

@Apotheon the first one is fixed.
second one can't be fixed. Literally javascript MutationObserver lag. This is the best I can do

@Derex sorry for Out of Topic, i saw on the website where the Banned accounts are seem unban... is that mean they are got unban ?

A couple accounts got unbanned but we lost the list of them.
